You must first break the seal on the side of the can. To do so, simply pull on the perforated plastic seal and it will start unraveling from around the can.
Twist the lid in the same direction as the pointed arrows that are printed on the can. While you’re twisting the lid, gently lift it at the same time and you will find your brand new 15 pouches inside.
2. Take a ZYN Pouch and Park It
Now that you’ve popped open the lid, it’s time to park one of the pouches. Each ZYN flavor comes in two strengths, 3mg and 6mg, so you can choose a nicotine strength based on your nicotine strength preferences.
So, now you are probably wondering how to put in a ZYN pouch - when you’re ready, place your chosen ZYN between your gum and upper lip or lower lip and gum either using your fingers to park it or your tongue.
3. Leave it Parked
Leave the pouch for up to 60 minutes. The pouch will release flavour and nicotine that will be absorbed through the lining of your mouth. Try to keep the pouch in place, but you can move it if you feel some discomfort.

By placing the pouch between the upper lip and gum, the nicotine from the pouch is absorbed via the lining of the mouth and it can enter the bloodstream effectively without smoke or combustion.
However, there are some people who use ZYN between their bottom lip and gum. You can do this, but the preferred way is to place it under the top lip.
